SMS Alerts Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By opting into our SMS notification program, you expressly consent to receive informational and occasional alert text messages from Trinity Presbyterian Church regarding the Caring Cupboard Food Pantry.

1. Program Description Trinity Presbyterian Church's Caring Cupboard Food Pantry offers a mobile messaging program (the "Program") to keep our clients and community informed about food pantry schedules, special distributions, weather-related closures, and other important announcements.

2. How to Opt-In You may opt-in to the Program by filling out the signup form provided at the Caring Cupboard Food Pantry or using the Trinity Presbyterian Church Food Pantry Notifications Opt-In Form. By providing your mobile phone number, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

3. How to Opt-Out You can cancel your participation in the SMS service at any time. To opt-out, please text STOP to the short code or phone number from which you received a message. After you send the STOP message, we will send you one final confirmation message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you wish to join again, simply sign up as you did the first time.

4. How to Get Help If you are experiencing any issues with the messaging program, you can get help directly by texting HELP to the number you received messages from. After you send the HELP message, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service and how to unsubscribe.

5. Cost and Carrier Information Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency will vary. Trinity Presbyterian Church is not responsible for any mobile charges incurred by you.

The Program is available on major mobile carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
